Antonia founded in 2013 AVIATION TIMES, magazine and business news portal bringing news from all areas and perspectives of aviation with the full spectrum of activities from manufacturers, operators, service providers, airports and aviation events focusing on Central and Eastern Europe, Ukraine and Russia.
In 2015 she published The JetBook, The Complete Guide to Business Aircraft and Helicopters which presents on 232 pages detailed information from business aircraft and helicopters and became the essential publication for anyone that wishes to know the latest and most current data and statistics about business aircraft and helicopters. The very first edition of JetBook was published in Czech and English language and was distributed worldwide.
Antonia´s activities in business aviation lead to establishing Sapphire Pegasus Awards, a unique series of International Business Aviation Awards given for the outstanding performance by companies, teams or business individuals in the business aviation sector from the EMEA region and Russia. The significance of the Award is underlined by the support of EBAA, BACA, AfBAA, RUBAA and CEPA. The
Antonia´s achievement in business aviation was recognized and awarded several times. In 2009 she was nominated for the prestigious Manager of the Year Award in Czech Republic in four categories, where she was named as TOP 3 managers in Young Managerial Talent category and in category Manager of the Year in the Services Sector. Thanks to success of JetBook and by initiating Sapphire Pegasus business aviation awards Antonia has been named among the TOP 10 leaders of European Business Aviation by Aviation Week magazine during the EBACE 2016 in Geneva. By end of the year 2016 Antonia and her Media Tribune received Award for Best Aviation PR Agency 2016 given by Corporate Vision Magazine from London.
Her experience spans eighteen years of promotions, sales, marketing, commercial development, and event organization. In recent years, she deployed her strategic business capabilities to strengthen Europe’s fastest growing business aviation services provider, ABS Jets, widened its portfolio of services, increased the solid client base, and raised its profile in the international business and aviation media. Antonia was also engaged to present business aviation in Central and Eastern European media to raise profile of business jets manufactured by Gulfstream, Bombardier, and Cessna. For Embraer, she prepared and executed their communication strategy, and presented their line of business jets in support of their sales efforts in the region. Antonia was a founder of the professional association CEPA (Central Europe Private Aviation), to foster the development of private aviation in Europe. In earlier years she was involved in marketing activities for major multinational companies such as Nestle, Procter & Gamble, Heineken, Gillette and Citroen.
She is a graduate from the Faculty of Business at the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, USA, where she is also member of the Business Alumni Association Board of Directors of University of Pittsburgh. She was nominated for the prestigious Manager of the Year award in four categories. She speaks English, German, Russian, Italian, Czech and Slovak.
